PPC corrugated sheets can be attached to bituminous and /or Acrylic based (rubber) waterproof membrane protection. They provide perfect protection for both materials. In case of bitumini- ous board or rolls, there are special techniques used to create adhesion such as applying onto hot asphalt or using Acrylic or latex modified adhesive, which are widely available in the local market. A minimum overlap of 5cm is recommended. For rubber board, there are several adhesives used for sticking the PP sheets to the rubber waterproof membrane. The insertion of Corrugated Plastic sheets ensures that no damage can take place to the waterproof system from the aggressive soil conditions and backfill.

Recommended thicknesses for this application are 4mm, 5mm and 6mm sheets. They are available in standard sizes of 1.00m x 2.00m, 1.22x 2.44m. Custom sizes are also available on request.

PP corrugated sheets can be fixed on the walls and floors for protecting the surfaces. The inherent property of impact resistance and their light weight make them perfectly suitable for such appli- cations. PP sheets can be cut into the required sizes and shapes. They can be cleaned and washed with water and detergents. Floors and walls can be protected from scratches, paints and interior works. Usually thicknesses of 2mm and 3mm sheets are used by construction contractors for finished floor/wall protection.

PP corrugated sheets can be used as thermal insulators. They can withstand temperatures up to 70C, thus reducing heat transfer through walls and doors.
